A fire at a psychiatric hospital near Moscow has killed dozens of people. Some 41 patients and staff were inside the building when the blaze started. Authorities are looking into whether an electrical fault may have been the cause. Al Jazeera's Dominic Kane reports. source : aljajira youtube
